Reservations

Bookings made through the centralised booking system, the website, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, will be considered as pre-bookings until confirmed by the owner of the establishment.

Reservations in this establishment shall be governed by the provisions of DECREE 20/2002, of 29 January, on Tourism in the Rural Environment and Active Tourism.

The pre-reservation will be valid for three days from the date on which the request for a place is made. Once the advance payment is made, equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay, the pre-reservation will become a reservation. If the deposit is not paid within this period, the pre-reservation will be cancelled and the room(s) will be available for new guests.

Cancellation Policy

The user may cancel the contracted services at any time and will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, under the following conditions:

A handling fee of 5 € of the amount of the advance payment will be charged, under any circumstances.

If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the arrival date, the client must pay the full amount of the reservation as compensation.

In case the client does not show up and has not reported his absence by any means (phone, e-mail, WhatsApp) before 20:00, the owner may dispose of the reserved room(s). The client must pay, as compensation, the full amount of the reservation.
